Programme rationale
Center for Community Awareness and Youth Empowerment Initiative (CAYEI) is a youth lead, woman lead organization, which was formed as an organization to drive change among rural communities for them to strive to their fullest potential and development. It was registered as a non for-profit organization in the year 2024 with the mission to improve living conditions and enable vulnerable people and communities realize their full potential via locally led initiatives.
CAYEI is a dynamic, youth-led organization at the forefront of women's and youth empowerment, humanitarian aid, environmental stewardship and developmental programs.
Founded by a group of passionate youth and women that recognize the critical role youth and women play in driving positive change within their communities via locally led initiatives. We believe in the power of grassroots movements and the importance of empowering local leaders to address the unique challenges faced by their communities.
Our approach is holistic, focusing on a range of areas including education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and social inclusion. We work closely with community members to identify their needs and co-create sustainable solutions that address those needs effectively.
